You as a Project Administrator will:




Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner Book and coordinate meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes Manage incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, various Excel spreadsheets and training materials Ensure that employee and equipment time is recorded and entered Create documentation such as client reports, presentations and proposals as required Receive and validate invoices, assist with accounts payable viewing/coding and approvals Liaise with subtrades and project personnel towards ensuring project pre-requisites are in place Manage and track jobsite attendance and coordinate personnel data-tracking protocols Ensure project and personnel data is compiled, tracked and updated accurately

Is this the right role for you?




You have 2-4 years of administrative experience A diploma or post-secondary in Administration or Accounting would be considered an asset You have a strong focus on customer service with a pleasant phone manner You have the ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees, clients, service providers and suppliers Project is located in Cloverdale, BC
