This is a full time position that requires to commute to the office at least 4 days a week.
Duties:
- Answering phone calls/ emails relating to accounting services.
- Produce monthly progress invoices to multiple ongoing projects within the give deadline.
- Manage aspects of the company's financial records and transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Preparing, reviewing, and updating accruals for expenses, ensuring balance sheet reconciliations are accurate, and identifying discrepancies for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Collaborate with external accountants to complete tasks.
- Provide support to management in financial aspects.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Microsoft package, QuickBooks, etc.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Proven ability to prepare financial statements and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

The annual base pay range for this position will be based on the desired experience level for this role. Factors that contribute to pay decisions include: education, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and organizational needs.
