Our established Downtown Vancouver real estate client is looking to hire a permanent Project Accountant to join the team.
**Base Salary $65-75K + Benefits + Bonus**
Benefits:
- Downtown location, easily transit accessible
- 3 weeks vacation and extended health
- Full cycle accounting for a portfolio of companies and projects
- Preparing construction and partner draw reports
- Preparing project financial reports for multiple stakeholders
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end financial statements and annual audit
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
- Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years accounting experience within a medium to large company
- Previous experience within the real estate construction/development sector will be highly regarded
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience with MS Excel
