Our Downtown Vancouver real estate development client is seeking a permanent Project Accountant to join the team.
**Competitive salary ranging from $75-100K**

- Preparation of monthly financial statement packages for project entities at various stages of development, construction or post construction
- Control and manage all construction documentation and compliance
- Full cycle A/P for construction projects from invoice processing to check writing, reporting, vendor compliance and research
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist in managing project cash flow
- 3+ years project accounting experience
- Experience working within the real estate construction/development sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
