What will you be doing?

As a

Project

Accountant

, you will communicate with various internal departments as well as external stakeholders. This position is critical to the delivery of financial information on a timely basis. Candidates must possess strong organization and analytical skills in a position that is very detail oriented. Responsibilities include:


Maintaining and forecasting new developments CAPEX spend. Assisting in the preparation of income statement analysis and adjusting entries. Taking ownership of and completing monthly accounting entries in areas related to fixed assets and others as needed. Completing government surveys related to fixed assets and income. Preparing and maintaining financial records and working papers in support of transactions. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

4 year degree in accounting or finance Working on or pursuing a CPA designation an asset 1+ years of experience working in an accounting role Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Products Experience working with ERP software, knowledge of NetSuite is an asset
