Job Description
A well-established construction company is searching for a Project Accountant to join their team in North York.
The Project Accountant\'s responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Project costing - calculating labor, material and overhead
- Preparation of budgeting and forecasts for the project
- Preparation for financial reports for each project
- Analyze the financials of each project to identify trends, risk and areas of development
- Contract management
- Support internal and external audits
- Support the invoicing and billing of projects

- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years\' experience in a similar role
- Experience withing the construction or real-estate sector
- Experience with Jonas or Yardi
