CFBC is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Programs Assistant to support the coordination, delivery, and promotion of workshops and training programs. This role ensures smooth event execution, provides administrative and technical support, and contributes to CFBC's digital presence through social media and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Workshop Coordination & Support
Add workshop details to the myCF platform for registration and promotion.
Monitor registration trends and collaborate with the PPC to address low enrollment.
Provide participant communications and troubleshoot technical issues during live online sessions.
Moderate virtual workshops and ensure session recordings are uploaded promptly.
Facilitator & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with facilitators to secure workshop materials on schedule.
Maintain facilitator and programming databases.
Organize handouts, presentations, and supplementary training materials.
Administrative & Financial Support
Provide general administrative support including document preparation and digital record keeping.
Assist with reports, KPIs, success stories, and workshop summaries.
Support budget tracking and financial reporting for workshops.
Manage general inboxes and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
Offer first-level technical support for myCF product access issues.
Data & Reporting
Create and distribute post-workshop surveys, compile and track results.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, survey data, and engagement trends.
Use social media analytics tools to track impressions, traffic, and performance metrics.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Create graphics and promotional materials, including print/digital ads and email campaigns.
Develop engaging content for social media posts, e-blasts, workshop promotions, and special initiatives.
Ensure all content aligns with myCF brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Manage the social media content calendar and support marketing initiatives.
Coordinate paid social advertising campaigns and track performance.
Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in administration, program coordination, social media management, or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing social media strategies with measurable results.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM systems, and general digital tools.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms, marketing tools, and analytics dashboards.
Experience with social media scheduling, monitoring, and reporting tools.
Graphic design skills for digital and print materials.
Familiarity with data collection and performance tracking.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Soft Skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in both administrative and creative work.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and minimal supervision needed.

Contract Terms & Compensation
Hours: 25-30 hours per week (some evenings/weekends required)
Compensation: $28.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
