Dumont Technical Institute, a division within the Gabriel Dumont Institute of Native Studies and applied Research invites applications for the following position: Program Support Facilitator (Leave Replacement) Competition Code: 2302 107S Mar 20 Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include provision of supports and guidance to M\xc3\xa9tis students who are completing or have completed programming through Dumont Technical Institute. Supports will provided through a variety of methods and platforms. Relationship building and liaising with community partners, to best promote Institute graduates. Report composition, administrative and clerical support as required. Travel will be required to outlying areas. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Education, Humanities or Social Sciences. An extensive understanding of the M\xc3\xa9tis culture and the Labour market for M\xc3\xa9tis and Aboriginal people is essential to the position. Good interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and the ability to work with people from various equity groups is required. Term: April 2023 \xe2\x80\x93 June 2023
