is a leading developmental service provider, in the Ottawa region, seeking a candidate to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental exceptionalities.

The Program Supervisor is responsible for the effective coordination and oversight of community-based programs designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves administrative, operational, and interpersonal responsibilities to ensure high-quality care and engaging programming across multiple service areas for Destiny's Way Support Services. The ideal candidate will be organized, compassionate, and skilled in both leadership and communication. Candidates must have the ability to supervise staff as well as male or female adults, adolescents, and children with developmental disabilities and special needs. Diploma of College Studies (DCS/DEC) in the relative field is an asset. (i.e. DSW, SSW or equivalent degree). Experience an asset. Having own vehicle and a valid driver's license is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
