ROLE PURPOSE

This position will lead programs-related projects within the Practice and Standards department and bring a program lens to all Practice and Standards initiatives.



STATUS AND CLASSIFICATION

Exempt. Open to applicants of all genders.

HOURS (40 hours/ week)

Monday- Friday 0830- 1630

REPORTING AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Reports and is accountable to the Director of Practice and Standards Participates as a member of the Connective Service Delivery Team Liaises with community and government agencies as required Liaises with the staff of Connective as necessary Functions as subject matter expert on Connective's programs and processes within the Service Delivery Team

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accreditation

Lead organization-wide and program-specific accreditation under the CARF certification process. Lead actions related to recommendations resulting from the accreditation process.

Program Review

Support formal evaluation of non-accredited programs, and related initiatives. Support Continuous Quality Improvement of programs through informal and as-needed evaluation of processes and practices. Coordinate and support Quality Assurance practices (such as file audits).

Program Documentation

Review and support standardization of documentation where possible across the organization. Ensure program documentation is kept up to date and applicable (fit for purpose). Lead regular review of documentation as appropriate.

Support Teaching Initiatives

Assist with the development, coordination, and facilitation of organizational teaching initiatives, including but not limited to MANDT and Naloxone training. Provide instructional support as needed to ensure the successful delivery of required programs and collaborate with leadership to identify and address instructional needs across the organization.

General

Participate in Practice and Standards initiatives (such as Connective Learning Hub, Occupational Safety and Health, annual P&P review) with a programs lens, suggesting and supporting improvements resulting in better service delivery.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Function independently, while remaining a crucial member of the support team Adhere to Connective policies and procedures Primarily remote work with frequent site visits as determined by role needs. Be available to work flexible hours as needed. May include occasional evenings/weekends.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

A relevant degree, diploma or certificate, or combination of education and experience At least two years of related/transferable experience Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite and online meeting platforms Ability to manage time efficiently, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with team members, clients, partners and stakeholders Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to successfully complete a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Records Check Ability to successfully complete an Enhanced Security Clearance Ability to successfully pass a reference check Proof of vaccination for communicable diseases may be required as mandated by Government, Health Authority, and/or funder requirements

COMPENSATION

Annual Salary will be between $69,200.00and $86,520.00 and will be based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for the organization's comprehensive benefits package. The salary range provided represents the total compensation plan for this position. Actual salary placement will be determined based on a variety of factors, including pay equity, market conditions, candidate experience, internal equity, and organizational priorities.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada, observe their weekly hours limit if under a temporary or study visa, and provide proof of eligibility if selected for the role.
