We are seeking a dedicated and organized Marketing Communications and Program Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of various programs within our organization. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective project management abilities, and a passion for educating and supporting participants. The Marketing Communications and Program Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure program success and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of program initiatives to meet organizational objectives.
Create, updating, and managing content for the organization's website.
Planning ,coordinating, and executing social media and public relations campaigns.
Development and managing targeted email marketing initiatives.
Producing print and digital publications, including brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Coordinate recruiting efforts for program participants, to ensure a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
Manage administrative tasks related to program operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
Conduct data collection and analysis to assess program effectiveness and inform future improvements.
Provide leadership and supervision to team members involved in program delivery.
Writing and editing a wide range of communications materials such as press releases, feature articles, and website copy.
Facilitate public speaking engagements to promote programs and educate stakeholders about their benefits.
Organizing and maintaining an up-to-date scedule of classes and workshops in collaboration with healthcare partners, as directed by the Executive.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management from inception to completion.
Develop training materials and resources for program participants, enhancing their learning experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting, project management, or related fields is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for public speaking.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience in data collection methodologies and analysis techniques is a plus.
A passion for educating others and promoting program initiatives within the community.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
