Program Resource Coordinator
to join our dynamic team and support the day-to-day operations of our Mississauga Centre.
Position Summary
The
Program Resource Coordinator
plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting families during intake, and assisting the clinical and leadership teams. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills, with a creative touch for managing social media and marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
first point of contact
for families seeking services -- respond to inquiries, coordinate initial intake meetings, and support onboarding processes.
Answer and direct phone calls
, manage emails, and maintain a welcoming front-desk environment.
Maintain and manage
client payment schedules, invoicing, and payment tracking
using internal software.
Support payroll administration and track staff hours, absences, and related documentation.
Assist with
calendar management
, appointment scheduling, and coordination of meetings for the Program Director and Supervisors.
Prepare and organize program materials (e.g., picture cards, visuals, and task binders) using
BoardMaker, Canva, or PowerPoint
.
Manage day-to-day centre operations, including supplies, inventory, and equipment.
Create engaging
social media posts, flyers, and newsletters
to showcase programs and events.
Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain organized program documentation and resource materials.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall function of the centre.
Qualifications
College diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
(or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of experience in an office coordination, customer service, or program support role (experience in health, education, or ABA setting is an asset).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
(experience with invoicing or payroll software is an asset).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
A positive, professional, and compassionate approach when working with families and children.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
