About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented
Human Resources Coordinator
to support our growing team. You'll help drive recruitment, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions
Maintain accurate HR records and databases
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits processing
Ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation
Provide prompt, professional support to employees
What You Bring
Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Ontario employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office
AlayaCare experience - asset
CHRP designation (or working toward it) - asset
Ability to commute to Whitby, ON
COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption
