About Us



We (Pathways Clubhouse) are a community based non-profit registered charity serving adults in the Lower Mainland who are living with mental health challenges. We are located in Richmond, BC and currently have over 300 active members, an average daily attendance of over 70, 25 employees, and are open every day of the year.

We pride ourselves in offering hope, encouragement and opportunities to our members. The services we presently offer include pre-vocational, employment, volunteering, housing, education, physical wellness, social, and public mental health education. Our unique model provides a barrier-free collegial environment where members and staff work together to accomplish the work of the Clubhouse.

About You



Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Manager is responsible for the daily operation and management of the Rio Vista apartment building, while ensuring alignment with the broader mission and services of Pathways Clubhouse. As our Clubhouse is accredited through Clubhouse International, part of your responsibility will be to ensure we continue to uphold the requirements of our accreditation, and standards. You are comfortable working side-by-side with staff and members in a generalist role where you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in a variety of activities across the breadth of our offerings.

Qualifications:



Effectively coordinate and direct the operation of the Rio Vista apartment building, consistent with the mission, goals, and policies of Pathways Clubhouse.

Ensure the property operates within the standards of all relevant housing agreements and regulatory bodies.

Develop, implement, and evaluate program plans, goals, objectives, and policies for the residential property.

Oversee daily building operations, including conducting regular property inspections, coordinating unit viewings, and responding to tenant inquiries and requests.

Manage tenant communications, administrative tasks, and access to units in accordance with established procedures.

Provide emergency response and crisis intervention as needed, ensuring tenant safety and building security.

Coordinate and facilitate annual tenant reviews as required by funding and housing partners.

Represent Pathways Clubhouse and liaise with community partners, service providers, and housing agencies.

Meet monthly and annual financial and reporting deadlines.

Qualifications



Minimum three years' experience in property management, supportive housing, or working with people living with mental illness, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

Demonstrates strong leadership skills and a capacity to maintain positive, professional relationships with tenants, staff, and community agencies.

Capable of quick thinking, multi-tasking, and responding to emergencies calmly and effectively.

Superior interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Willingness to learn and expand skills as needed.

Other



Access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance.

Must have and maintain certification in First Aid and CPR.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, if required.
