Summary

As a Program Manager on the Operations team at STEMCELL Technologies you will manage a sustainable environment designed to optimize the execution of activities related to STEMCELL\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s scientific product development projects. You will ensure program activities are performed in alignment with STEMCELL\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s Quality Management System, and collaborate with all departments across the company to achieve corporate priorities and goals. This is a great opportunity to get involved in some exciting New Product Introduction projects where you will exercise your critical thinking, judgment, process optimization, and stakeholder management skills.



Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage product development projects moving through the new product introduction process through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Lead program initiatives and ensure successful completion of program components by developing annual goals, gathering requirements, monitoring and reporting on the progress of activities, assessing risks, and escalating issues to Management as required

Manage product design data through a database, and ensure that appropriate data quality and documentation requirements are met

Maintain stakeholder engagement through motivating cross-functional teams, communication, roadblock identification and removal, and decision making

Identify continuous improvement opportunities, design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiencies and workflows by consulting and collaborating with stakeholders

Establish and contribute to the generation and reporting of performance metrics (key performance indicators, KPIs) relevant to the program

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of project or program management experience, a scientific background is preferred

Experience building strong working relationships with customers, business partners and cross-functional team members

Experience communicating and influencing cross-functional stakeholders; must have excellent interpersonal and team skills

Ability to plan, organize, direct, manage, and coordinate the operations of the program; must be able to assess competing priorities and meet operational deadlines

Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. GMP) or with PLM and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is highly desirable
