Kobay Enstel Ltd. is a leading stamping and welding manufacturer supporting major Tier-1 automotive customers. We are looking for an experienced

Program Manager

to support new product launches, re-engineered products, and upcoming laser welding programs. This role manages projects from quotation through to full production and plays a key part in ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely launches.

About the Role

The Program Manager coordinates cross-functional activities for stamping, welding, and laser programs. You will manage timelines, lead launch meetings, support APQP requirements, and ensure tooling, processes, and documentation are in place to meet customer expectations. This position reports to the Launch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate new product launches and engineering changes. Build realistic timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Manage APQP activities and program deliverables. Coordinate design, build, and try-out for tooling. Work with Engineering on quotations, packaging requirements, and design reviews. Ensure standard work, error-proofing, GD&T compliance, and tooling documentation are complete. Prepare Program Review reports and lead internal launch meetings. Track special orders, maintain ECN/ECR logs, and update tooling books. Support continuous improvement for equipment, tooling, and processes. Prepare documentation for customer visits and audits.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Program Management experience in automotive manufacturing (stamping, welding, or laser operations preferred). Strong understanding of APQP, drawings, GD&T, and bill of materials. Experience working within IATF 16949 requirements. Solid organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Conditions

Fast-paced manufacturing environment with noise and frequent interruptions. Occasional overtime and travel as required. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must follow all safety policies and plant rules.
