Job description: What you will be doing: You will have a key role as you will be responsible for planning the overall Digital Solutions (DS) program/portfolio and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects. You will define the program controls and manage the risks and issues that arise over the course of the program life cycle. The Program Manager is also involved on the coaching of DS project managers. In your day-to-day you will be responsible to: Manage strategic and complex DS project(s) in alignment with DS program/portfolio requirements Define strategic long-term and short-term program/portfolio objectives supporting business mission Establish policies and procedures governing program/portfolio execution and accountability Prepare project plans and coordinate the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation Daily program management throughout the program life cycle Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies Maintain matrix for process improvements Drive project deliverables and task details Align activities and resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget project delivery Monitor, and report to the business unit on the project's cost performance Contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements Participate in the management and utilization of the resources across projects.
