THE ROLE:
We are seeking a
bilingual English and French Project Manager
to act as the primary contact for various accounts. You will act as an intermediary between clients, agencies, and internal departments from start to finish of all projects. You will create timelines, manage all aspects of production, and conduct work reviews upon project completion, as needed. You will interpret and create guidelines for various internal teams, monitor the quality of all proofs, verify audits, and coordinate data file transfers. You will also establish and maintain quality standards and checkpoints to ensure work is completed in accordance with client requirements and specifications.
This position is office presence required five days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the main point of contact in coordinating and delivering day-to-day services for the client.
Participate in project kick-off meetings, change requests, and partnership reviews with the client and the designated account representative.
Act as the conductor between the client(s) and internal teams for the complete management of various projects and ongoing production, from planning to delivery.
Translate client needs into technical specifications and coordinate change requests to existing processes (IT, programming, production, estimation, printing, logistics, etc.).
Manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality and compliance with contractual requirements.
Support the representative in preparing bids, acknowledging purchase orders, initiating production, and ensuring that these operations are carried out properly.
Coordinate requests with the Sourcing group for items produced externally.
Analyze inventories and recommend restocking as needed.
Maintain high standards of quality and service while contributing to the growth and satisfaction of the accounts under your management.
Continuously seek to improve processes for the benefit of the organization and the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
DEC en communications commerciales, communications graphiques, approvisionnement en impression
Entre 3 a 5 ans d'experience en experience client.
Maitrise de Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook.
Experience avec un progiciel de gestion integre. (Atout)
Bilingue Francais et Anglais
