The Role:



Are you an enthusiastic leader with a passion for people, process improvement, and delivering exceptional patient service? We're seeking a

Program Manager- Diagnostic Imaging

to lead our dynamic medical administration teams across multiple clinic locations.

In this role, you'll apply your leadership skills, operational know-how, and problem-solving mindset to enhance team performance, improve clinic workflows, and ensure we meet our patient care and service goals. A strong commitment to learning, a comfort with technology and the ability to inspire and guide others will set you up for success in this impactful position.

This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone with strong business acumen, exceptional people management skills and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

The Accountabilities:



Leadership



Lead, coach and mentor medical administration teams across multiple clinic locations. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Lead engaging and effective training and deliver a seamless onboarding experience that sets new team members up for long-term success. You'll play a key role in building capable, confident teams while ensuring new hires feel supported, prepared, and aligned with our service standards from day one.

Operations



Ensure booking targets and capacity utilization are consistently met. Collaborate with the Analytics team to streamline workflows and reduce errors Improve workflows to minimize administrative burden on Technologists. Work cross-functionally with leadership, clinical, administration and the analytics team to align operations with overall clinic objectives. Act as the main point of contact for escalated administrative issues and workflow barriers

Performance and Quality Management



Address and resolve quality-related issues in real-time and prevent recurrence through system and process changes. Manage, Monitor and report on KPIs including booking accuracy, wait times, error rates, and patient satisfaction. Establish root cause analysis practices to solve recurring administrative or service gaps.

Problem Solving



Identify and implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and patient experience. Lead change management efforts with a balance of diplomacy and determination.

The Requirements:



5+ years of experience in team leadership in a clinic and/or call/contact center setting Proven experience managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, OHIP billing and related clinical administration processes Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and manage through influence and accountability Analytical and systems thinker with experience using data to drive performance. Comfortable working with minimal supervision and taking initiative to resolve complex operational issues Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage up, down, and across Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMRs, Microsoft Office, and business dashboards The ability to travel to multiple clinic locations

We are a growing organization with a team that is passionate about healthcare. Our team is comprised of clinical, clinical support and business roles with an entrepreneurial approach. Our medical administration teams take pride in our patient focused environment and work very closely with other service and clinical teams at KMH.

This is a full-time role scheduled for 5 days and 37.5 hours per week during business hours Monday-Friday, with weekend's as needed.

This position reports to the Executive Director.
