What youll doAs part of the Product Engineering Center Of Excellence, the Delivery Program Manager manages and is accountable for delivery key technical and transformational programs. These program are critical to organizational effectiveness and efficiency through developing and delivering tools that help manage knowledge and performance of product & IT delivery across the organization. Delivery Program Manager will manage multiple programs or initiatives specifically development of knowledge portal, roll out of performance management tool as well as ongoing development of engineering innovation tools including AI for SDLC. The Delivery Program manager ensure adherence to agile best practices within the enterprise to help maintain and promote agile management practices and professionalism. The Delivery Program Manager must create an environment that facilitates positive Squad Member experience as well as provide guidance and management to all members to ensure outcomes are met. You will adhere to the Enterprise Project Management Office guidelines concerning project deliverables and funding requirements.In this role, youll:Manage Delivery of multiple Products and efficiency improvement rollout transformation effortsFacilitates, participates, and collaborates in cross functional Quarterly Planning events (PI Planning) sessions to raise milestones, issues, dependencies, etc.Create and communicate the planning calendars for Iterations and Releases as well as coordinate all lead up activities to the Quarterly Planning Events while summarizing the Quarterly Objectives and publishing them to provide visibility and transparencySupport issues that exceed the capability of a Scrum Master to addressEnsure continuous improvement activities are occurring in the TeamCreate and execute on a retrospective improvement roadmap aligned to overall transformation, by analyzing all activities and actions that have previously been performed and finding ways to improve each process.Identify dependencies and determines how to manage those dependencies without impacting the progress of the Delivery Team. Creates and maintains the Release Board.Create metrics and tools, or ensure adoption of the Agile COE metrics and tools, to measure success and recognize progress of the team.
