Job Description

Allient London is a manufacturer of highly engineered products, primarily supplying the defense industry. We look to provide Design Solutions to some of the more complex challenges our customers face.

We are looking for a Program Manager responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex defense manufacturing programs from contract award through product delivery and sustainment. This role ensures all program objectives including cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction are achieved in alignment with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex production programs, leading cross-functional teams, and interfacing with prime contractors in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned defense programs, maintaining close communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Lead program planning and execution, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule performance meets contract and business goals. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Manage contract deliverables, including design reviews, production milestones, and documentation submissions in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, and finance to ensure program objectives are met. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes. Support proposal development, cost estimating, and bid strategies for new and follow-on contracts. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure production schedules align with program milestones and delivery commitments. Coordinate regular Program Management Reviews (PMRs), design reviews, and production readiness meetings. Control and document scope changes through formal change management processes to prevent cost or schedule overruns. Prepare and deliver professional briefings to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership Coordinate with

Supply Chain Management

to ensure on-time procurement of materials, components, and subcontracted assemblies. Ensure compliance with ITAR and DFARS, and company policies. Other duties or projects as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



Post-Secondary Diploma (College or University), PMP Certification preferred Must be a Canadian Citizen or Canadian PR holder Must be able to successfully pass a controlled goods security assessment 5+ years' experience leading a team Proven track record managing complex contracts. Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements, and export control compliance (ITAR/EAR). Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Project, ERP/MRP systems, and program management tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
