Summary

The Program Manager, Employer Brand is responsible for executing talent acquisition marketing and communication strategies to ensure our global talent pipeline remains full and that STEMCELL is able to continue to attract top candidates who represent STEMCELL\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s overall commitment to inclusivity and belonging.

STEMCELL\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s recruitment brand will be measured on its ability to improve the external understanding of STEMCELL as an employer of choice and to measurably increase the attraction of diverse and inclusive talent for all departments. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the Employer Branding program as a part of the global Talent Acquisition team. This includes maintaining the consistency of the overall employer brand and implementing strategies to boost the pipeline of candidates representing equity-deserving groups across all major markets in which STEMCELL is actively recruiting.



Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evolve best-in-class employer brand marketing and communications strategies, tactics, key messages, and metrics that support our employee value proposition, drive consideration and favourability with the talent market, and enable team member advocacy

Establish and execute a detailed, measurable plan to improve the pipeline of diverse talent, including recruitment marketing to associations, recruitment sites, and societies, serving the interests of equity-deserving groups

Liaise with internal partners and external agencies to support the development of an authentic, inspiring, innovative, and compelling employer brand, aligned to STEMCELL\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s overall branding efforts, and ensure the application of a consistent and compelling brand and recruitment marketing approach

Facilitate and execute talent acquisition marketing and communication strategies to attract top candidates across a broad and inclusive candidate pool

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience in employer branding work or master\'s with 4-8 years of experience\xc3\x82

Related experience in program management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups required

Agile and driven to scrutinize existing methods of working using insights and data

Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment

\xc3\x82 Innovative and creative thinker who can find new ways to connect with prospective candidates

Employer brand and recruitment marketing experience

Please note that this is a 13 month fixed-term position, with the opportunity to convert into a permanent role.
