Brand Program Manager (15 Month Contract)

The Brand Program Manager plays an essential role in growing talent in our business through collaboration and sharing best practices with the North American and Global Brand team. You\'ll be part of a team that lead what the brand looks, feels and sounds like at Lush, concepting and providing marketing campaigns and solutions to grow the brand and excite audiences. From cinematic features to Shampoo Bars at international festivals there\'s no creative and marketing challenge we won\'t take on, using a global team of creative marketeers, film makers, designers and story tellers that can rapidly adapt and experiment we work in partnership with other areas of the Lush business as well as external industry experts and partners to turn concepts into successful initiatives and projects at global scale. As the Program Manager for the team, you\'ll be responsible for the oversight of all work currently in progress, as well as a good view of incoming work. You\'ll be communicating with stakeholders across the business to take briefs, establish requirements, manage expectations, get feedback and support a team of marketeers, PRs and creatives in executing the marketing and brand strategy. Optimizing performance to the Nth degree; the Program Manager must react realistically to objectives, managing resourcing and road mapping accordingly. We are strengthening how our brand and marketing teams are structured and supported globally. As a result, we are looking for a senior project manager to help build and shape our brand project management function. You will be responsible for guiding and steering projects and creating a strategic workflow to get the work done effectively. You\'ll be taking on the project management of some of the key initiatives, facilitating task prioritization and delegation along with working to unblock and support the global team to ensure they are on track and delivering. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Brand Publishing, you will undertake the following RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, develop and support the team of Brand Project Managers in North America
  • Manage and maintain budget tracking associated with all Brand programs
  • Motivate the team to contribute in their best way
  • Manage the overall workflow of all Brand projects through an agile and iterative process with the team of Brand Project Managers
  • Oversee the development and management of all marketing initiatives such as campaigns and project launches
  • Build collaborative relationships with different departments across the business to align Brand strategy with business objectives.
  • Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing all brand programs
  • Oversee all reporting and budget tracking for brand projects and designate ownership accordingly through the Brand PM team.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, third parties, vendors and contractors when project requirements fall outside internal offerings
  • Take an out-of-the-traditional-box approach, be disruptive in the industry and bring a pioneering new approach to brand programs at Lush.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Global Lush Group, to understand the global direction and be able to implement locally to have maximum impact.
  • Regularly meet with global Brand departments across the Group to share ideas and plan effective globally relevant strategies
  • Set clear and measurable objectives for all Brand programs
  • Report results to North American Leadership and Group team
You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5-7 years of proven Program/Project Management experience within a brand or creative function
  • A track record of delivering marketing projects at scale by working with multidisciplinary and global teams.
  • A critical mind, and the ability to weigh up the pros and cons of a solution from all angles.
  • Motivating leader who can effectively engage, lead and coach a talented team.
  • Great at facilitating meetings by organizing attendees, agenda, purpose and outcomes.
  • A proven background in delivering dynamic projects that have a positive impact
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, flexible working culture.
  • Outstanding ability to cultivate successful relationships and networks, both internally and externally.
  • Highly adaptable multi-tasker, detail-oriented self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment while still managing multiple priorities.
Preferred:
  • Certified Project Manager/Program Manager or equivalent
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
Location: Successful candidate will ideally be located in Vancouver, British Columbia or surrounding areas, but we are open to the successful candidate being remote, located in North America.

Base salary range is determined based on Vancouver market assessment. May vary depending on location of the successful candidate Base Salary Range
$85,000\xe2\x80\x94$95,000 CAD
