Position Overview
The Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs that align with our mission. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for serving individuals with disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor program plans, budgets, and timelines.
Supervise and support program staff and volunteers.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and impact.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Prepare reports for the Executive Director and funders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Nonprofit Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in disability services or community programs.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.
Preferred Skills
Grant writing and reporting experience.
Knowledge of person-centered planning and inclusive practices.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial oversight.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
