Explore It! (www.ExploreItAll.ca) is looking for Program Instructors (part-time) to assist us in providing after-school programs to young children in elementary schools in downtown Toronto.

You MUST have relevant experience working with young children between the ages of 5 and 12. You should have a child focused background of mentoring, teaching, coaching and/or as a camp counsellor. Candidates for Instructor positions MUST be available to teach classes on weekdays after-school (i.e. 3 to 4:30pm). You MUST be available at least twice a week (Monday to Friday) after-school during the school year.. You MUST be over 18 years old and have graduated High School. New Instructors have the opportunity to be mentored by our current team in a variety of enjoyable subject areas such as Science & Exploration, Culinary Arts, Visual Arts & Crafts, Performing Arts, Dance & Yoga, Lego Building and more. The Toronto elementary schools we partner with are centrally located and TTC accessible. You must be able to travel to schools within the City of Toronto (downtown) each week. You will need to pass a Police Vulnerable Sectors Screening. We will assist in this process.

Engage and interact with children in a positive and supportive manner during after-school programs. Plan and implement fun educational activities that promote learning and development. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Ensure adherence to safety and company standards throughout the program.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
