Job Description

The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Digital Marketing Program related programs.

Credential Requirement:

Relevant credential plus a minimum of two years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction. No credential but a minimum of ten years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.

Educational Background:

Post-secondary three-year Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design or a related discipline required Bachelor's degree in graphic design or design preferred

Professional Experience:

Minimum 5 years' post-secondary teaching experience Minimum 7 years' experience in the graphic design industry An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements Experience in art direction, professional Illustration, and corporate branding A strong portfolio showing a range of creative work Knowledge of pre-press production and workflow Strong sense of design theory and typography Client management skills including costing, quoting and job timeline management an asset Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud

Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners from different backgrounds Strong computer skills and familiarity with various technologies Previous post-secondary teaching experience (hybrid and/or online delivery) and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets

Compensation:

This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project
