Position Overview
The
Program Enrollment Associate
is the first point of contact for families and plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role combines sales, customer service, and front-of-house operations, supporting enrollment, program inquiries, and special events such as birthday parties.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist parents, children, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate program information
Follow up with prospective clients and support enrollment through effective sales conversations
Maintain accurate records using the KidsUnited CRM system
Support and execute referral and lead-generation initiatives
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
Schedule and support birthday parties and special events, including weekend shifts
Ensure the front-of-house area is organized, welcoming, and aligned with brand standards
Meet or exceed individual and team sales performance goals
Work collaboratively with coaches and management to support daily operations
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Previous sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working with families and young children
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Flexible availability, including
evenings and weekends
Assets (but not required):
Experience in membership-based, fitness, or family-focused environments
Experience working with children
Employment Requirements
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Successful completion of a
Vulnerable Sector Check
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as required
