As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Client Enrollment Associate to join our team and help us manage new and existing accounts.

As a Client Enrollment Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. The Client Enrollment Associate role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple accounts while resolving client inquiries promptly. You will play a key role in supporting account growth, maintaining satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of both the customer service and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities of a Client Enrollment Associate:



Directly engage in all aspects of assigned accounts, recommending solutions, processing sales orders, and providing ongoing client support. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and sales assistance. Identify and understand client needs to deliver personalized sales solutions that drive satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales transactions, and communications within the CRM system. Attend training sessions and regular meetings with fellow Client Enrollment Associates to strengthen your sales and customer service skills. Conduct market research to gather client feedback, monitor competitor activity, and identify trends for improvement.

Qualifications of a Client Enrollment Associate:



Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred. At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or management experience preferred. Previous experience as a Client Enrollment Associate is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and outgoing personality, with the ability to engage diverse groups. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $850.00-$1,300.00 per week
