Programs Organization: Casa Foundation for International Development
Location: Hybrid (Remote & In-Person for events as needed)
Commitment: Full-time, 10 AM - 5 PM

Position Overview
The Program Coordinator for Casa Foundation Programs plays a pivotal role in managing, organizing, and executing the Foundation's diverse initiatives. This position combines program administration, project coordination, and participant engagement to ensure high-quality program delivery.
The Program Coordinator will plan and oversee programs, manage stakeholders, support staff, coordinate events, facilitate workshops, and ensure seamless communication across all activities. The role also includes reporting, monitoring program outcomes, and contributing to curriculum and content development when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Coordination
? Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in collaboration with the Program Manager.
? Identify risks or issues impacting program delivery and communicate promptly.
? Organize and facilitate program meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
? Maintain up-to-date program documentation and central repository for program materials.
? Monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion and smooth program execution.
Stakeholder & Participant Management
? Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, including participants, partners, and community members.
? Support participant onboarding and ensure integration into programs.
? Address inquiries and resolve issues, escalating complex matters as needed.
? Maintain professional relationships with partners, sponsors, and program participants.
Curriculum Support & Facilitation
? Assist in designing and implementing engaging workshops, sessions, and training modules aligned with Casa Foundation objectives.
? Support delivery of sessions in entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy, digital marketing, and professional skills where needed.
? Provide mentorship and guidance to participants, ensuring practical application of learning.
? Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Program & Event Coordination
? Organize workshops, community events, networking sessions, and other program activities.
? Manage schedules, participant engagement, and logistics for programs.
? Support program promotion through newsletters, social media, and website content.
? Mobilize and engage participants for initiatives such as CASA LABS, SOM, and other program events.
Reporting & Administration
? Prepare regular status reports on program progress, attendance, and outcomes.
? Maintain accurate records of participants, registrations, and program activities.
? Draft professional emails, flyers, and promotional materials for events and programs.
Role Focus
? Ensure a primary focus on key Casa Foundation programs, including CASA LABS, SOM, and similar initiatives.
? Participate in other Foundation programs as needed to support overall program objectives.
? Attend weekly coordination meetings to review progress, plan upcoming activities, and align with staff priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
? 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, administration, or educational facilitation (youth or adult learners).
? Knowledge of entrepreneurship, leadership, financial literacy, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
? Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
? Ability to mentor and support participants in personal and professional growth.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
? Experience in community-based or non-profit program coordination.
? Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
? Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital education tools.
? Strong adaptability, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
Working Conditions
? Travel between Casa Foundation locations and program sites may be required.
? Occasional evening or weekend work for events or external representation with prior notice.
