Key Responsibilities:



Support the delivery and creation of arts-based programs that align with our mission

Coordinate program logistics and assist with scheduling in collaboration with the In-School Program Coordinator and the Executive Director

Supervise and support artist facilitators, program assistants, and volunteers

Collect participant feedback and assist with program evaluation

Troubleshoot challenges during program delivery and provide on-site support

Track program materials, supplies, and basic spending

Help facilitate bus events and intergenerational initiatives

Qualifications:



Significant hands-on artistic experience - ex. theatre, music, visual arts, dance

Diploma or degree in the arts/arts administration, recreation, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in program coordination, arts facilitation, or community programming

Administrative experience that includes organizing tasks and managing documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Mailchimp, and Canva, with the ability to learn new programs quickly.

Creativity and adaptability in creating and delivering engaging programs

Strong interpersonal, organizational skills and leadership qualities

Familiarity with intergenerational or dementia-inclusive programming (an asset)

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (school bus driving experience a plus)

Clear Code of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 22-23 weeks

Pay: $29.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
