Summary:

Axis Family Resources Ltd. is recruiting a

Program Coordinator

for our Specialized Supportive Housing programs in Salmon Arm, BC. The Program Coordinator will manage the Specialized Supportive Housing programs as well as provide direction to ensure that the goals and objectives of the organization are met. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will provide planning, coordination, administration of programs, and participate in the afterhours and on-call rotation. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for talent management such as participation in recruitment, performance management processes, supervision of staff, creation of staff schedules, and approval of time entry on IBEX system. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to changes, work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate professionalism and have a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of a Diploma in a related human or social services field 3 years recent related experience, including 1 year supervisory experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience) Specific training in behavioural modification, children under 12 years of age with support needs, attachment-based parenting, and relationship-based interventions (trauma-informed practice) Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered) Effective written and verbal communication
