Cyclone Manufacturing (A Mubea Aviation Company) is a vertically integrated full-service provider of 3-5 axis machining, sheet metal fabrication, tube bending, welding and minor sub-assemblies of aerospace structural components to the largest aerospace companies such as Boeing, AIDC, Bombardier, Embraer, FACC, GE, IAI, Liebherr, Lockheed Martin, MHI, SAAB, Stelia, Spirit AeroSystems and Triumph Aerostructures. Our surface treatment and controlled processes are approved by the major OEMs such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, IAI and Lockheed Martin.

Cyclone is a privately owned company with over 750 highly skilled employees housed within six state-of-the-art facilities totaling 450,000 square feet in both Canada and Poland.

Job Summary


The Program Coordinator will help support the Program Management team and coordinate projects of varying size, scope, and duration. We are looking for an experienced individual who is self-motivated, a quick learner!

Responsibilities



Coordinate members of the project team including Program Managers Develop knowledge of processes, equipment, materials, and products Develop knowledge of program management methodologies and software currently in place and bring innovative ideas on process improvements by identifying process bottlenecks. Assist in developing the project plan, schedules, and work plans, including defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop and maintain relationships with team members and project stakeholders Maintain continuous alignment of project scope with defined strategic business objectives Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders Monitor progress of projects, identify problems impeding progress, and participate in their resolution Assist with risk, change, and communication activities relating to the projects Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the Program Management team Proactively manage changes in Program Management scope, identify potential crises, and track part and material status to ensure on time delivery to customers. Provide reports, updates and feedback to Program Management and follow up actions Other duties as assigned

Experience



2-5 years of relevant project coordination experience in a manufacturing environment Completion of College or University program in Engineering or Business Administration Expert knowledge and proficiency with program management processes, methodology. Proficient in the use of business applications software and the ability to use specialized project management and ERP applications Proven ability to work under pressure in a busy and complex environment with minimal supervision Proficient computer skills including typing skills, professional email communication and intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions
