Program Coordinator
for our
Foot Care Program
that operates out of multiple locations.
The CSC Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing foot care clinics for clients. These duties include interacting with clients, their families, brokered workers, nurses, other staff and other allied health professionals.
Responsibilities:
Program Duties:
Plan and coordinate programs and their activities
Develop and implement program policies and practices
Work to keep programs on schedule, within stated budgets and functioning smoothly
Support program growth and development as necessary
Coordinate program communications within the organization
Oversee nursing team work assignments, workloads and work schedules
Assist in fundraising for programs and community outreach
Coordinate interactions/relationships between staff, clients, management and all other program stakeholders
Schedule and organize program-related meetings and events
Create and maintain program records, reports, and presentations and assist with proposals
Assists in creating program marketing and communications material (media relations, social media)
Collect and report statistical data
Maintain client applications
Administrative Duties:
Complete nursing team schedules
Complete the intake of new clients
Create and maintain client records, including scanning, data entry, updating profiles, and archiving inactive files in the organization's file system and database
Supervise nursing team
Ensure reprocessing room is clean, operational and stocked
Ensure supply and sale of diabetic socks
Maintain all programming materials on the common drive
Establish policies and procedures as needed and update as necessary (e.g. Program Logic Manual, Nursing Handbook, internal procedures)
Oversight of all clinic locations
This position is the designated back up support person for all departments for time off coverages as designated by the CEO/HR
Requirements:
Social Services degree or diploma
Knowledge of Foot Care
Knowledge of instrument reprocessing
Knowledge of client privacy rights
Knowledge of Medical Sterilization
Bilingualism (English/French), both written and oral, is an asset
Police clearance and a valid driver's licence
Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. of program supplies
Energetic personality and change champion
Hours of Work:
Full Time, Thirty-five hours per week, Monday to Friday, generally working 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.25-$28.40 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
