South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre is a non-profit health, community and social services agency. The Centre requires a full-time Program Assistant to provide program and administrative support to the Community & Social Services team, including to the Program Director.

QUALIFICATIONS
:
Post secondary training or equivalent experience in office management, administrative or a related program or an equivalent combination of experience & education
Technical skills, i.e., Comfortable with databases, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc
Bilingualism preferred (French and English), ability to speak Arabic and/or Somali a strong asset
Strong organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in dealing with vulnerable populations
Community experience is an asset
Salary range:$40,349 to $48,048 per annum ($22.17 - $26.40 per hour)
