Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. Currently have new construction projects on the go and are in need of experienced installers.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to execute installations accurately Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, install, and secure products or systems on-site Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for installation projects Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or maintenance person roles preferred Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading skills Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately Prior experience with caulking or sealing is a plus Reliable transportation and the ability to work at various job sites as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
