Lead high-impact projects deploying Validere\xe2\x80\x99s solutions - spanning the Operations and ESG space - for our energy clients
Service Validere clients throughout the customer journey, providing compelling data-driven analysis and recommendations with a laser-focus on delivering value and removing friction
Deploy customer success best practices to effectively manage accounts assigned to you
Co-lead our pre-sales efforts along with the BD team by running discoveries, delivering demos and technical analysis to prospective clients
Manage and mentor a team of high-skilled consultants and partner with other Validere teams on cross-functional work
Develop and implement practices that scale with our rapid growth
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring along:
Strong track record of successfully managing teams and projects. Bonus points for management consulting experience and/or experience managing software implementations and other technology projects.
Ability to perform basic analytics, structure data, quickly identify root problems, prototype solutions, and manage path to deployment & scaling
Expert communication skills - both oral and written (esp. building well-structured powerpoint slides) - with the ability to tailor messaging for technical, business, and executive audiences
Experience in client-facing roles and ability to build \xe2\x80\x9ctrusted advisor\xe2\x80\x9d relationships in the pre-sales and/or post-sales context
Strong grasp of math and statistics, basic (1st year) understanding of chemistry/physics; business-logic-level understanding of AI/machine learning, IoT, automation techniques, and other technologies
Understanding of the oil and gas industry and value chain and/or appetite to learn more. Bonus points for experience in product quality, measurement, blending, trading, logistics
Drive and passion for solving problems - often in the context of great uncertainty - and building efficient processes are a must
