Responsibilities As the Program Manager, you will lead and drive internal, consulting, and subcontractor teams to deliver the desired business objectives for the project.
Plan overall project portfolio tracking strategy
Perform daily project portfolio tracking throughout the program lifecycle
Manage the program\'s budget, ensuring project/program budgets and financials are forecasted and managed on time
Manage and report on the program risks and issues as well as take corrective measurements
Manage the specific Kantata/Kimble implementation project and relationship with the Implementation consultant(s)
Work cross-functionality within the Cyderes team
Identify and coordinate the interdependencies among projects
Manage stakeholders\' communication
Manage security and other federal/state/city requirements
Provide strategic guidance and direction to project managers
Prepare Weekly and Monthly program status reports and related Dashboard accounts
Conduct project stakeholder meetings to solicit feedback, and set expectations
Schedule and attend meetings with stakeholders, sponsors, and Implementation team members as necessary
Own customer relationship management throughout the delivery and deliver best-in-class customer service.
Establish and execute a plan, including management of tasks, deliverables, risks, resources, and issues. Create a WBS.
Escalate issues or concerns to critical internal and customer stakeholders
Produce regular reports on the progress of projects and metrics
Provide customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer escalations
Adhere to Cyderes\'s established project management methodologies
Work directly with the Director of Service Delivery Management
Experience
4+ years\' experience overseeing multiple project teams as a program manager, including a Professional Service Automation (PSA) implementation
Demonstrated ability to lead mid to large-scale software implementation projects to successful completion on time and within budget
Experience leading projects involving multiple 3rd party system integrations, process definition, process improvement, and business transformation
Work effectively with a team and independently
Experience with all PM processes (project schedule, financial management, issue/risk management, resource management, RAID log, RACI)
Can identify opportunities for improvement to the project delivery process, Can recommend and drive implementation of solutions
Bachelor\'s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Operations Research, Computer Engineering, or equivalent formal training or experience
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, especially Executive communication, but also to consulting and subcontractor team members
Preferred
Experienced with Kantata/Kimble PSA Integration
Experienced in the Professional Services industry
Service delivery experience as a member of a consulting firm or a leading software provider
Professional Certificate: PMI/PMP
