Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health (JJCH) is currently recruiting a Professional Marketing Lead to support Self Care Brands such as, TYLENOL, LISTERINE and REACTINE.

As the Professional Marketing Lead, Self Care OTC you will have the exciting opportunity to craft strategies that engage and educate Health Care Professional's (HCP's). HCP's play a key role in supporting the health of consumers and your insight driven strategies will support them in making informed recommendations to their patients. Understanding the HCP mindset, the role they play as an influencer and how we can partner with them to support their patient needs will be a priority focus. In this role you are a key member of a diverse team working together to bring to life foreward thinking marketing plans that support business objectives and better health for Canadians.

On November 12, 2021, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you will be an employee of an entity within the newly created Consumer Health company and your employment will be governed by that company's employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development, execution, and monitoring of annual business plans and programs that will improve professional endorsement.
  • Recommend New Business Opportunities and innovative ways of engagement leveraging CRM, digital and scalable solutions.
  • Champion the HCP, patient/consumer's point of view to drive recommendations.
  • Foster positive relationships with professional organizations and key opinion leaders.
  • Lead the implementation of professional programs including product advertising through major conferences, sampling, and Continuing Medical Education (CME); and evaluate their efficiency.
  • Drive excellence in digital fundamentals across Health Care Professional engagement platforms including: web, social, video, analytics and mobile.
  • Ensure the brand follows best in class standards, using global and regional capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is a requirement with a concentration in Marketing; MBA is preferred.
  • Proven ability in marketing to health care professionals is relevant is required.
  • Consumer Brand Marketing experience is required.
  • Digital/CRM and social media experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strategic agility, and ability to lead multiple projects of high complexity across teams are required.
  • Ability to collaborate and lead within a multi-disciplined team structure is preferred.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills is required.
  • English/French bilingualism is highly preferred.
  • This position requires up to 10% domestic travel.
