$25-$35/hour (based on experience & ability)

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a highly skilled landscaper/hardscaper with strong equipment operating experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality work, can work independently or lead a small crew, and has a proven track record of delivering great results in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete landscape and hardscape installations (patios, retaining walls, walkways, gardens, etc.) to a high standard Operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, saws, and other tools/equipment efficiently and safely (Dozer, Bucket Truck and Chainsaw experience is an asset) Read and execute project plans, grades, and elevations Perform site prep, grading, turf installation, planting, tree removal assistance, etc. Maintain a clean, safe and professional job site Interact respectfully with clients, providing superior customer service

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years experience

in landscaping/hardscaping and equipment operation Ability to run skid steers and excavators with precision Solid understanding of base preparation, drainage, compaction, and finishing techniques Valid driver's license (Condition 15 is an asset) Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliable transportation Ability to lead by example and train junior staff when needed
