Responsibilities
Provide attentive and loving care for pets, including walking, feeding, and playing with them.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for both pets and guests by performing cleaning duties as needed.
Assist with meal preparation for pets, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Administer medications to pets as required, following specific instructions from pet owners.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pet's well-being and any concerns that may arise.
Support guests with additional services related to their pets, enhancing their overall experience at the hotel.
Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless experience for both pets and their owners.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess experience in caregiving roles such as:
Assisted living or senior care environments
Nursing homes or hospice care settings
Working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care
Home care or general caregiving experience

Responsibilities
Provide loving, attentive in-room pet sitting for guests staying at partner hotels.
Communicate with the hotel concierge or staff when required.
Feed, exercise, play with, and engage pets according to their individual needs.
Monitor pets' health and well-being, administering medication if required.
Share updates, photos, and videos with pet owners to keep them informed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel room during and after visits for all pets.
Represent Pawsome with professionalism and courtesy in all guest and hotel interactions.
Follow Pawsome protocols for pet care and safety.
Deliver professional, reliable, and compassionate service that reflects Pawsome's high standards.
Requirements
Experience with pets, whether personal or professional (pet sitting, dog walking, grooming, training, rescue, or vet clinic experience welcome).
Comfortable caring for pets of different breeds, ages, and temperaments.
Strong communication skills and reliability.
Comfortable interacting with hotel guests, staff, and concierge teams.
Experience in hospitality or concierge settings is an asset.
Willingness to obtain pet first aid and CPR certification (training provided if not already certified).
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism suitable for high-end hotel environments.
Ability to deliver thoughtful, compassionate care and build trust with clients and pets.
