We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Answer phone calls using multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities
Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests
Qualifications
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is a plus
Experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous
A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn
