Responsibilities
Provide high-quality dog grooming services, including bathing, cutting, and styling to meet breed standards and client preferences.
Assess each dog's coat condition and needs, offering personalized grooming plans that prioritize their health and comfort.
Utilize your dog handling skills to ensure a safe and enjoyable grooming experience for every dog.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area, adhering to safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Communicate effectively with dog owners about grooming services, tips for maintaining their dog's coat, and any observations regarding their dog's health.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining client records.
Provide excellent customer service that fosters long-term relationships with clients and encourages repeat business.
Experience
Previous 2 years experience in pet grooming is required. Professional certification is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger breeds or multiple pets.
A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent care during all grooming sessions.
