We welcome groomers at various stages of their career who are passionate about their craft:

Grooming school graduates or current grooming students Groomers with 2+ years hands-on experience (formal training not required if you have the skills and passion) Certified professional groomers looking for a boutique environment Early birds and weekend warriors who thrive on non-traditional schedules
If you're still learning your craft but dedicated to excellence - we encourage you to apply! Our experienced groomer, Katie, may provide mentorship for the right candidate.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE:
? Boutique spa atmosphere - not a grooming mill
? Immediate clientele (no building from scratch)
? Shared professional grooming station with premium equipment
? High-end products provided (Hydra, Melanie Newman, and other luxury brands)
? Weekly cleaning service included
? All utilities, WiFi, and booking software (GINGR) provided
? Reception and administrative support
? Collaborative environment where teamwork and space-sharing skills are valued

WHAT YOU BRING:

Grooming certification, grooming school enrollment/completion, OR 2+ years practical grooming experience Proficiency in basic breed cuts and grooming techniques (appropriate to your experience level) Strong commitment to quality work and professional standards Excellent interpersonal skills and client communication Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate shared space effectively Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and coat types Reliable, organized, and professional Passion for continuing to learn and grow in your craft Personal grooming tools and equipment
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be 18 years or older *Strong teamwork and organization skills (shared space requires coordination)

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:

60% of all grooming revenue goes directly to you (we are open to other compensation models) Pricing flexibility based on your experience level Weekly cleaning service provided All facility costs covered (utilities, products, booking system, reception support)
