Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality cleaning for residential homes and Airbnb properties, ensuring all tasks meet company standards. Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and other areas as required. Change and launder linens for short-term rental properties (if applicable). Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any low inventory. Communicate effectively with clients and management regarding specific cleaning needs or feedback. Follow cleaning checklists and adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or Airbnb) is an asset but not required--training provided. Must have access to reliable transportation to travel between job sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing cleaning duties that involve bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
