Adecco is currently recruiting for a full-time Production/Warehouse Supervisor in Colborne, ON, to work at a globally known manufacturer of the fastest, yet most flexible automated transfer machines in the world. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of Supervisory experience and a College Diploma. * Location: Colborne, ON

Duties and Responsibilities: * Accountable for shift Quality, Cost and Delivery targets

• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to production team
• Monitor and ensure efficiency of plant equipment and resources
• Schedule and assign work to ensure production requirements are met
• Track efficiency & productivity, review results and communicate feedback effectively
• Perform layered audits, safety inspections and participate in corrective actions
• Foster an environment of Safety, Teamwork and continuous improvement
• Work closely with Quality and Set Up Technicians to ensure conformance of product produced
• Ensure adherence Company policies, procedures, processes and shop rules
• Train and develop new/existing employees on all aspects of the job
• Communicate and document events with other Production Supervisors and Plant Manager
• Coordinate delivery/removal of raw material, packaging and skids at the work center
• Complete daily work audits & effectively communicate job status to the next shift
• Maintain discipline and control
• Perform other duties as outlined by management

Requirements and Qualifications: * A College diploma is required and completion of apprenticeship / technical diploma is preferred

• A Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience is required
• Forklift operator\'s license and/or experience is an asset
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse setting
• Able to use basic measuring equipment (mics, Vernier, dial indicator, etc.)
• Have basic computer applications knowledge such as MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Able to read & interpret drawings, working knowledge of GD&T
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and overall positive attitude are required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently are a must
• Motivated self-starter with an outgoing personality
• Should be a quick learner with the ability to be trained
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
