Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, including MRS Metal Rollforming lines, press brake machines, and other equipment. This role requires proficiency in attention to detail, and quality control to ensure the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

Operate tools, forming rollers, and press brake machines with precision. Program and troubleshoot Fanuc controllers and other programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other floor documents in order to advance production. Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure parts meet strict quality standards. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with assembly, packaging, or warehouse tasks as needed to support production flow. Operate forklifts safely when required for material handling. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve machining efficiency.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Proven experience operating machinery such as milling machines, press brake machines and hand tools is an asset. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes including welding, machining, and assembly is helpful Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately is ideal Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, basic math skills, and quality control procedures. Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus. Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and procedures. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality parts consistently. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
