Position Summary:

As a Production Worker for AGF, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and high-quality production of all our products. Reporting to the Production Manager you will work as a part of our team, producing the highest quality, professional cleaning tools in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret work orders Inspect, assemble, label and package a variety of products Stack and palettize products Maintain work logs Drill and rivet the connector to handles Cut backing to correct size for dust mops Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Previous experience using operating equipment such as pneumatic staplers and cutting machines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meet production targets and deadlines

Other Details:

Full-time, Monday to Friday Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, however hours may change if necessary for the needs of the business. Must be able to meet the pre-determined production times Must be able to meet physical demands of the job such as lift 50lbs regularly Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to work effectively in a team environment Must have clear criminal record check.
