• High School diploma
• Must possess a valid class 5 license
• Available to work a variety of different shifts, including weekends and on-call work
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Safety oriented, particularly while operating heavy machinery
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
• The ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
• Forklift driving experience is an asset

Compensation:

• Base payrate of $34.72/hour
• Extended Health Benefits (after first 40 days)
• Safety boot allowance

Successful candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical.Our facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Successful candidates must be available for all shifts, including weekends and nightshifts. This position may require the individual to wear a full-face respirator.Job Duties:

• Perform a variety of labour duties in various areas of the mill
• Regularly lift up to 50-60lbs
• Identify and analyze problems as they occur, work with the team to troubleshoot them
• Work at heights or in confined spaces as required
