Tim-Br-Fab Industries, a COR certified 100% Canadian owned manufacturer of roof and floor trusses and supplier of pre-engineered wood products, is currently accepting applications for the position of Truss Production Worker's at our Oak Bluff, MB location

Truss Production Worker (Day or Evening Shift) - Oak Bluff, MB

Get ready to build your career as we continue to build our company. The day shift runs from 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday and hours of operation for the evening shift are Monday to Thursday 3:45pm - 2:15am.

As a valuable member of our truss plant team your duties will include:

Working closely within a team environment to the set-up of the truss table for production ensuring accuracy Demonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues Responsible to set truss components in place on the table Pick appropriate plate connectors and apply them to the truss Operate the truss press in an efficient and safe manner Provides assistance to production workers as required Complete general clean-up duties as assigned Various other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will:

Have a safety mindset & demonstrate high attention to detail Be physically able to repeatedly, stand, walk and lift/carry over 50lbs The ability to work in a fast paced team environment is essential Steel toed safety boots are required Previous Truss manufacturing and/or Wall framing experience is an asset but not required Hearing test required as condition of employment Be available to work Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30 pm or Monday - Thursday 3:45pm - 2:15am
