Now, we're looking for a hands-on, detail-loving, team-oriented individual to join our

manufacturing team

Production Worker

What you'll do:

Follow health and safety protocols -- safety first, always Keep your workstation and the production floor clean and organized Stick to production guidelines and specs like a pro Gather and prep raw materials for production Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards Communicate clearly with your team to keep things running smoothly and on time Assist with lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials as needed Operate and maintain machinery (we'll train you!) Report any issues to your team lead Jump in on other tasks as assigned -- variety keeps things interesting Recommend improvements to the production or assembly process Inspect, test, and measure materials or products during production Accept or reject finished items based on quality checks Report defects or problems to the team lead or production manager

What you bring:

A great attitude and willingness to learn A love for hands-on work and making things Reliability and attention to detail Excellent communications skills Great troubleshooting skills Excellent time management and organization Experience in manufacturing is a bonus, but not required
